「Great hotel in a nice area convenient to the interstate. The staff was very helpful and the food was very good. Nice updated rooms.」

「Everything was excellent from check in to check out! The staff was so nice and the room was clean and updated. We were there for a baseball tournament and the free breakfast was phenomenal and so many options to choose from. We didn’t partake in the included dinner, but there were a lot of people who did so it must have been delicious. We will be staying here anytime we come to Charlotte. 」

「The Canopy Hotel was exquisite in interior design. The amenities provided were excellent. The onsite restaurant - Fine & Fettle had delicious, convenient breakfast options. I appreciated the availability of filtered water in glass jars to fill during my stay. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful but sometimes difficult to reach in person after peak hours. Without a bell or any indicator to inform the front desk, we were left standing and waiting for service. The parking garage is atrocious!...

「It appears shuttle service has been an issue as per previous reviews. PLEASE BE ADVISED: there IS shuttle service to and from the airport BUT you MUST CALL FOR IT upon arrival. This isn’t mentioned anywhere. We had difficulties initially getting phone service, but once we reached the hotel, the STAFF were excellent.! The shuttle arrived within 25 minutes of our request (unfortunately, it took us over an hour to figure this out!) Shuttle service even drove us to the restaurant of our choice...
