"We had a very nice stay at Steve’s place. The basement apartment was very comfortable & the back yard was perfect with an in-ground pool & hot tub. My only complaints are, there was a coffee maker, but no coffee, cream, or sugar. The other issue we had was the unlit path to the apartment entrance. We came back late one night from a concert and there was no light to get from the driveway to the apartment. I should also mention there is a slight incline. It’s an lawsuit waiting to happen."

"The house is very big. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great kitchen. The host and property manager were very responsive and attentive. It was a little warm but we were warned of the cooling situation and we were there on a very hot humid week. I would recommend for a group trip. close to lots to do. "

"Nothing misrepresented on VRBO about this house. Immaculate inside and out, no traffic noise from Northway, within walking distance of downtown (but a good mile and something each way), it had everything needed for a nice stay except for the tv’s. GenZ and Millenials wouldn’t have a problem with the TV’ but over 40’s wouldn’t be able to decipher the Roku setup. Missed a lot of weekend sports because we baby boomers couldn’t figure it out at all. Seriously good place though"

"We had a group of 9 at the house for the weekend. It’s in a good location, about 10-15 mins to downtown Saratoga, SPAC, and the track. The heated pool is awesome, we spent a lot of time in it. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Overall, I’d recommend this as a great place to stay. The only negative was the grill. We planned to use it but decided not to because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this summer and we didn’t want to risk a grease fire."

Im 6'3 and sitting on that wasnt working, i used thr bathroom in the lobby. The second thing was the rooms are not sound proof at all.
