The hotel is situated on the seventh floor of a commercial building, conveniently close to the MRT. The check-in process was seamless. While the room's condition is satisfactory, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bedsheets. The provision of a light breakfast is a thoughtful touch. Fortunately, we experienced no noise disturbances during our stay, possibly due to effective sound insulation or considerate neighbors. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice little hotel
Good hotel, well located and well managed. Staff helpful. Rooms are fine but not very large. Under the bed was very dirty. Good breakfast. Overall very good quality for price

Great for this promenader
Stayed there for three days. The location is perfect for a solo traveler who's not so familiar with the city, but an avid city stroller. The room is clean and has ample space for luggages. Snacks, water and in-room entertainment are great and promptly replenished. The staff are friendly and helpful at every request. Love it here and will definitely come back.

good for value, very good location in terms of shopping, restaurants and transportation. staff friendly though i wish they would assign a room to me for my chk in at noon. walls however were not soilid to block all nonsense noise from multiple rooms joint to mine

Absolutely great service! Thanks to the manager who able to arrange a free room upgrade with excellent service! You can have all you need inside the room and there’s a pc and printer at the lobby which is so convenient! Definitely will come back here again.

Love it! Only negative part is the shower area.
Overall I love Hej Taipei! People are really helpful and friendly. I like the lounge area a lot. Great for meeting up with my friends and family for casual hangout. The only part I think can be improved is the bathroom in my room. The tub seems a bit high and the ceiling is very low on one side. Almost touching my head when taking shower. I suggest to make it a standing shower instead due to the low structure on the ceiling. Besides that, I will still recommend this hotel to friends!

Great location
We arrived a lot early than the standard 3pm check in time. The receptionist was able to have a room ready for us to check into within the hour of our arrival. We had to pay for a half day rate unfortunately. We wanted to have a shower and clean up after an overnight flight but they only have toilet facility in the common area. After reading some reviews before arriving we knew the hotel was in a mix used building on Level 7 only. We were able to catch the train straight from the airport and getting off at Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station and navigating to exit 11 we found the hotel easily. The hotel is new and everything was very clean, little touches like USB charging port, Japanese style toilet seats, mouthwash. Location was great and easy to walk around Taipei. We would stay at Hej Taipei again if we return to Taipei.
