「此行最豪華的一間飯店!非常喜歡無可挑剔!地點很方便!下次還會再來」

「房間設施ok,但水的供應沒有品牌，又沒有純度特色說明，很不ok. 早餐不ok,品質不好。用餐環境的設計與此歷史建築物不搭，毫無美感，重點，傢俱材質也不優，糟蹋此歷史建築物。 Lobby的大象更是離譜的不搭調，氛圍因此很糟，很失望。」

「A new and chic hotel near Liverpool Street station. Rooms and lobby are newly furnished, with a Michelin Star restauant on 7/F. However, the room can be noisy in evening due to railways nearby as well as the bar on ground floor」

「Staff are nice and helpful. Location is great, few minutes from Liverpool Street Station. Room is a bit small but comfortable still. Minor issue, the toilet would be a bit flooding after shower.」

「staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. 」

「good location nearby the Liverpool Street Station, just few mins walk, easy to reach the underground, shops and restaurants, nice room with good space. only problem is the opposite building is under re-construction, a little bit mess」

「Our room is on the mezzaine floor and maybe due to the architect of the building, happens to have many floors, 5 steps when we walk out the elevator and two more in the room. It was annoying since we have a lot of suitcases. Plus there is no view from the room, facing a wall. Quite a disappointment to be honest. I was expecting more better from the hotel」
