"The location of the hotel was very convenient to shopping, parks, restaurants, museums, etc. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but the lighting was really dim. The lighting in the hallways on our floor was really dim as well. There were coffee and apples available in the lobby in the morning, but no bananas as indicated on the sign. Also, the coffee was gone one morning by 9:30 am. It seems like coffee should at least be available to guests most of the day for the price of...

"It was a fun whimsical place in a stunning historic building. I felt quite at home and loved having seltzer water in the water dispenser! The only downside was the restaurant, Atwood. We had breakfast at 10 AM on a Saturday, the waiter took our order and then disappeared for 30 minutes on an unannounced break with no coverage. We had to get up and ask the manager for things like butter for the toast and the check. Maybe better break communication?"
