I was very pleased after my 3 nights at this property in downtown Tulsa. The hotel was well-managed, clean and very quiet for great sleep. The breakfast was sufficient and varied and my room kitchen well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property that’s conveniently located near highways and eateries. Some homeless walking around which is expected since it’s downtown. Rooms not as clean as I’d like but overall good experience. I suggest they clean a little deeper ( lots of hair on there ground in room from previous occupants of the room) and keep the hot coffee going after breakfast.

Alot of homeless ppl, but no security. The front desk lady asked us to stay in lobby w her bc some rude drunk guest forced his way in w no key afyer the doors were locked....yall should hire weekend security tho before yall in national news for being un safe environment for guests and staff
