Our stay was short (one night). We enjoyed being nearby (less than 3 miles) the event (River Spirit Casino) we traveled to Tulsa for at a lower rate than most other hotels with similar amenities. We also enjoyed a peaceful night’s rest and a clean, convenient, well-serviced continental breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are many choices for shopping nearby; accessible primarily by automobile. Beware that there are no noticeable paths to nearby shopping for those wishing to walk or cycle.

They seemed to be short-staffed staffed our rooms, among many other guests had to wait in the lobby for hours for their rooms to be ready. The rooms were clean and very nice, however, the beds are worn out and as far as breakfast is concerned, once it is stocked, they do not have anyone cleaning it up during the aloted breakfast time or restocking it. Not very professionally ran at all.

The location of this hotel was great, loads of shopping and food nearby. Only downfall for us was the mattress was a dud, conformed to someone, lots of someone's before us and our shower had an extensive leak. We did let the hotel staff know at checkout and expect that it will be remedied. Have stayed here before and will again in the future.

The hotel was located in a convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The lobby was an excellent place to hang out and my kids loved the pool. We loved the extra space in the room and the beds were comfortable. Overall the hotel was the cleanest I’ve been in lately.

The hotel was nice however we found a fake eyelash on our bed despite how clean the room looked. The beds and sofa sleepers are VERY uncomfortable. If you like super firm beds, this place is for you. The one ply toilet paper was definitely a disappointment. I don’t think I would stay again mostly due to how hard the beds are and the breakfast wasn’t that great either

I canceled this trip over 8 months ago due to an unforseen surgery through hotels.com. Be aware of using the app as I was charged from the hotel but there was no longer any reservation information regarding this stay. That was definitely money I needed to keep to catch up on bills after being off for half of the year
