The kitchen areas upstairs weren't stocked and we didn't know until we left we could go downstairs for utensils. We felt safe walking around downtown. People at counter were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here before boarding a cruise. The staff was friendly. The lobby was being renovated so it was a bit of chaos there. Excellent location for shopping, dining, activities.
