The room was amazing and the bed has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff were great super helpful and respectful. I love that they send you notifications to you cellphone and allow you to reach out to them with questions while on your stay via text. The private beach is superb and the pool was EVERYTHING!!! I am coming back here next year

My wife and I chose Hyatt for it's location, and prior reviews from previous guest. The property is very secluded and quiet, away from the hustle in bustle in San Juan. We were there for our 30th anniversary and we're impressed by the location, the staff, the rooms, the beach, the pool, we just simply fell in love with every inch of this property. The staff was professional, friendly and did an outstanding job everyday, they all should be commended for their courteous manner. We stayed in a one bedroom villa, which for us was the perfect room, with the perfect view. The room was perfect, it has everything you need, whether you are cooking your own meals everyday, or just want some creature comforts of home. Now, let's cover the views, the beach, the seclusion of the property, THE ABSOLUTE BEST if you are looking for quiet, beautiful beaches that are not overloaded with beach chairs, and umbrellas. The property is nestled into a cove, with a natural reef that controls the waves as the tides come and go. The sandy beach is perfect. If you have the opportunity to visit this property you will not be disappointed.

The property was nicely situated on a beautiful secluded beach. Although all beaches in Puerto Rico are public, this little stretch of Dorado beach is not as easy to access to the public so it has that amazing sense of seclusion. The property itself was nice, rooms spacious and clean. Cons: not a whole lot of amenities on property, only one "restaurant" which is just a bar and grill. We ordered a burger and some sandwiches and they were terrible. The property only has one little convenience store that doesn't sell much and the closest grocery store/shopping mall is a 8-10min ride away.
