This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient.

From check in to check out everything we experienced was perfect. The staff went out of their way to help us during a medical problem. We needed to visit a Dr on a Sunday evening and the concierge made a phone call to a doctor who then agreed to come to the hotel to make a “hotel” call!!! Prescription was needed and the hotel sent an employee to the pharmacy to pickup and deliver to us. Who does that…the Hotel Molino Stuckey does that!!! Next time in Venice no other place we would stay is at the wonderful hotel with the most caring staff in the world. Special thanks to the Concierge gentleman who made the call for us and the bell boy who went to the pharmacy to pick up the medication. Luciana who translated for us with the doctor and Martina the trainee for her recommendations and pleasant conversations. Hilton hotel you should be very proud of your employees who work there. It certainly made our trip very memorable.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay there again. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The cleaning staff was also friendly and efficient. The concierge staff helped us arrange a trip to Murano and also transportation back to the airport. Our boat arrived promptly at 6:25am. They had the BEST breakfast I’ve ever seen anywhere. It was so amazing I took pictures of it to show family and friends. The area felt safe, and. I did not use the bidet. The only negative is the shower gehad the half wall, so water leaked in the floor. Cleaning staff put a rolled up towel in the open area to prevent water getting on the floor, but it didn’t work. I recommend this place! It’s a 10 out of a 10!

Overall a great experience. They have a shuttle that will take you to and from San Marco. The public watertaxi stops right in front too. Beautiful all around. The best sunrises too

Lovely historic building. Very big. Has several restaurants on premises. All the staff is helpful and attentive. The roof top has a nice view and the bar has quite a cocktail selection. The down side, at the other side of the canal and not convenient to move around. There are 2 stops for the water taxies about 10 min away and they have their own shuttle running but you will waste time waiting.

Mosquitos in the room, that bit my daughter and myself. A small gap in the balcony door was clearly allowing them in. No spraying, coils or preventative measures. Staff excellent. Breakfast too expensive. Eat (and drink) in the generally very good local restaurants a short walk away.
