“I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone there is doing their best to provide the best service. My daughter had an asthma attack on the beach. The lifeguard was so attentive and proactive, he got her an oxygen tank, called the golf cart and the Dr. on duty. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name. The front desk staff is amazing, especially Mr. Assem and Mr. Ashraf. There are 2 things that they need to work on/improve. 1) The drinks; even thought food was great, drinks are awful, that it can……

“This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. The beach is at walking……

“We stayed 5 nights in June! Everything was perfect. Rooms and all other amenities were clean and top. The only negative was price of hotel taxi and spa! Other than that was relaxing and quit. “Die Unterkunft ist im Außenbereich sehr weitläufig und man findet immer eine freie Liege, sowohl am Hoteleigenen Strand, als auch an den Swimmingpools. Unser Zimmer war so, wie wir es gebucht hatten, mit einer schönen Größe und einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Bett war sehr breit und bequem. Die Türen und Türrahmen waren etwas abgenutzt, wodurch Geräusche vom Flur ins Zimmer drangen. Die Speisen waren appetitlich und schmackhaft. Es gab mehreren Restaurants mit etwas……
