“We are from Virginia Beach and needed a slightly larger house than our home to celebrate my daughter's birthday while my wife's family was in town. We found Denise's listing and we couldn't have picked anything better. The inside is immaculate and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware and dinnerware you could need. The beds are comfortable and the living room is plenty big for everyone. All of the new decking makes any of the outdoor seating wonderful. The pool area is great and……

“This cute little apartment is the perfect getaway spot and pet friendly! It was super clean and smelled fantastic. The fenced in backyard is perfect to just sit out and enjoy the warm weather, and to be outside with your dog! The bathroom is a great size and beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and the linens and towels were great quality. The living room and kitchen was an added bonus, although we didn’t use it much. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs, offering to adjust……

“Overall, the stay was great. We did have to park behind the house and walk around the house to enter. Street construction is taking place in front of the house. 18th Street is closed to traffic for several blocks, so this is major construction that started a while ago and is not close to being completed. We totally understand the owner has no control of this situation, but it would have been nice to know more than the day before. I would still recommend staying here.”

“We enjoyed this tiny house for a quick Spring Break trip. Waking up to the views of the water was perfection! We highly recommend Baja, the restaurant next door, for dinner. Overall, this house was very clean & very updated; property manager Scott was great to work with.”

“The place was great. The host was great. We were in town for a sporting event at convention center, which was walking distance, but we took advantage of what the town had to offer. Beach, playgrounds, unique shopping, food trucks, markets , restaurants, fishing …. All so very close. Wishing it was available for next months event! Maybe next year. Enjoy”

“Was a nice place and location for what we needed it for, a basketball tournament. The pictures are deceiving for sure. The one I booked was not the same pictures as the one we stayed in, which was kind of annoying bc there wasn’t enough space on the 1 couch for us all. The one I thought we were getting had a nice looking couch and love seat/oversized chair.”

“The property was exactly as shown. Check in process with easy and streamlined. The bathroom a little tight for a larger person but for me was perfect. Kitchen smaller but I was able to make it work and cook when I did. My walk to the beach was about 10 mins and the restaurants within the block were excellent. I will defiantly be back!!”

“Everything from the beginning to the end of booking was fantastic. The only hiccup is the oven had a malfunction and stopped working, but management took note of it to get fixed and responded immediately. Whether it gets fixed or not, I can’t say. But all else was wonderful Will book again for sure!”
