"Highly recommend for people who need to catch early flight! Staffs are very kind and friendly. If you have problems, they try to help you! Also the shuttle to airport is very convenient! "I didn’t realise my Hilton Honour member, free upgrade and called to pick up fr airport was fast and comfortable. Clear and big room. High quality showed head and Crabtree products. Great experience"

"到機場後，建議不要用走的到飯店，非常難走，google map的路線是錯誤的，你要在機場找飯店的對講機，請飯店來載你。另外飯店接駁車開始時間是凌晨五點，五點前妳需要去機場必需自己推行李走過去。另外此飯店於hotel. com上未公開接駁車時間，我寫信去問也都不回信，感受很差，故給差評。"

"We stayed here for a conference at the MuCEM for about a week. The location is great, close to the subway, shops and attractions. The property requires a digital key to get in and it felt safe.
