Very nice hotel. Easily accessible from St Hwy 81. Rooms are quite large, clean and quiet even though hotel seemed full. Parking was easy and convenient. Check in and check out was quick. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a big selection.

When we arrived we were given room on 6th floor ac did not work, person came to look at it got it going but could not guarantee it would stay working. Second room worked but only sporadically, tird room same but suffered through it. The so called manager mike was not helpful at all and was rude and dismissive not appreciated when the price was nearly 200 dollars for the night.

We did not really enjoy our family overnight stay here. The walls are very thin and not soundproofed. My daughter was so excited to use the pool and we were shocked to feel it was WARM water and the ceiling heaters were blasting hot air into the pool room. It was a hot day out and we were looking forward to a refreshing swim. (Not the case!) We asked the staff about it and they told us they didn’t know what was going on but that ‘someone was working on the pool’. The next morning we went to check the pool again to see if it was cooler - nope! Same thing. Even WARMER water and super HOT room like a sauna! We returned to the desk to inquire again and were told by a low-energetic staff member that “I’ll let them know” as he stared at us knowing he was likely not going to be mentioning it to anyone. The free breakfast was ‘okay’. Can’t really complain when it’s free. I have to say, the beds were pretty comfy and the rooms were clean. We tried all afternoon and evening to get the A/C to work. The thermostat will let you set it as low as 19.5 degrees C, but it never got lower than 22.5, and was usually 23/24. I had overheard another guest asking for a fan earlier to the front desk staff, so I finally called down at 10:30pm because we were so hot and laying on top of the covers. I was told there were no fans left. (That tells you something!! If the hotel has no fans left because they’re all being used by other guests whose A/C units clearly weren’t working either).

The room was nice, flush handle against the wall on toilet should be addressed. Pool was nice but the swimming pool room itself was extremely hot beyond 95°F, The girls were friendly and maintainence man was very friendly, a very nice guy. Soda and vending machines would be nice on every floor. It would be nice to have an area just for us smokers..

The customer service was exceptional. They free breakfast was small, but had enough variety for everyone. The only complaint I have is the AC in our room was loud. Not at all times, just when it started up.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast is always fresh and well thought out. Ginny (I found out her name) is the lady that does this and keeps the coffee coming. She is just another reason we keep coming back to this hotel when we visit the area.
