Stayed 3 nights- gave us only 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 kids. Went to the front desk to ask for towels. Receptionist was unfriendly- same receptionist for 2 nights. She asked if we looked around carefully. Had to take a photo to prove it to her the second night. Very frustrating process for just 2 towels. There were holes in the window curtains, and a sofa that looked so dirty and worn that I didn’t want to sit on it.
