"The check-in process was sketchy. The owners own multiple hotels in the area and while I reserved a room in one hotel, I ended up in a different hotel altogether. The room was great and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a technical glitch with the TV caused by a previous resident who had brought his own firestick and failed to reset the input source before they left. Overall the room at the BelAir (where I ended up) was top notch."

Prices were great, room wasnt dirty but old and im sorry but a room shoudlnt smell like a old musty basement and with my allergies it was very hard to breathe.
