The rooms were nice, quiet, clean and comfortable! Check-in is VERY annoying - of course, this is a casino so it’s laid out to make you walk through the slot machine area to get to the check in desk from self-parking. It was a long walk for my senior parents. There isn’t an area to unload your bags (they’re renovating an area apparently?) so we had to convince valet to let us unload in their area then self park. Once we were checked in, it was smoother sailing. Overall though, I’d recommend!

It was a nice place to stay. Lots to see and do. We had a beautiful view of the river. There was a party on our floor. We had to phone the front desk about the noise. It took about a half an hour for the party to move elsewhere. The phone in the room did not work. We used our cell phone to call the front desk. If there was an emergency I would have wanted to contact the front desk a lot faster than it took for me to figure out the phone wasn't working and finding the hotel number.
