My first night stay counter staff was excellent he greeted me as I was walking in the door. Second stay the girl at the counter was on her cell phone and completely ignored me for a good few minutes before she finally decided to look up and speak to me.

The bed was the most awful bed I have ever slept on. As a matter of fact I didn’t sleep because of the bed. There were two large indentations where people sleep and I kept rolling off the bed. It was awful. Not to mention there was no fitted sheet, only a flat which kept moving around every time I moved. So I wasn’t to happy about sleeping on the actusl mattress. How many other people have done the same? Very unhygienic! The room was dated and damaged. The door frames were scuffed and the sink wouldn’t drain and the countertop was split from the wall and the lightbulbs were burned out. I could go on and on. It was awful. I will never stay here again and I will never recommend this hotel.

the bed was disgusting and terribly old and beyond uncomfortable- there were two massive dips in the bed as of it was 40 years old and used. there were no rooms left so i couldn’t move and was stuck the night with this disaster. there were 3 light bulbs that were burnt out , one light bulb was shattered with sharp glass and a small fridge beside the bed that was stinky. if i was exhausted and checking in at night i would have just left.
