"Very close to Kawaguchiko station. Clean and tidy. Has a microwave, a mini fridge and a kettle with a few options for tea. There are two convenience stores about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and Lake Kawaguchiko is about a 15 minute walk. Staff aren’t present on the property outside of cleaning (I think) which worked okay. We checked in and out by a tablet at the entrance. The bunk bed we had wasn’t super comfortable, but overall the place is definite worth the price. It was unfortunate...

"Our private room was a very pleasant place to stay during our recent visit to Kofu, Japan, from Australia. It is a bit of a walk (15mins) from the Kofu station, and the directions were not great for foreigners, but in the end we found it Ok. Despite emailing ahead with our arrival time, the building was closed when we arrived, and there was no answer on the after-hours number, but another guest let us in about midday. "This is the best possible place you can stay in when you are in the Kawaguchiko area. At $50 a night, the full on view you get of Mt Fuji is priceless. Beautiful private room (if you opt for that) which is clean and cosy. The only con is that it’s a shared bathroom but it was equipped with real good soap and conditioner and clean as well. Highly recommended. "

"If we could rate higher than excellent we would. The host is the nicest person ever. The beds were so comfortable, and they had the best western style pillows. A small selection of free breakfast items were offered which was fantastic. Location was so close to Fujisan station, and it was really clean."

"今回、山梨での研修会の際に利用させて頂きました。よく研修会の行われる山梨リハや富士温泉病院から自転車で5分ほどと近く、大変利用しやすかったです。 自転車の貸し出しもあったので、研修会への移動や買い出しにも便利に利用できました。 施設は、民宿風で鉄道の模型や写真などがあり、そこまで鉄道ファンでも無い私ですが、素敵な空間でした(^^)。 とてもアットホームな環境であり、和風の部屋に温泉にも入る事ができたので大変満足しました。また、スタッフさんも親切な方で、リラックスして宿泊できました。 家族で利用したり、研修会での利用、個人の利用などでもおすすめです(^^)！"

"Loved our stay here absolutely beautiful property, rooms and facilities. The free happy hour was INSAN and the free breakfast buffet was perfect with some western options. Only con is the pillows aren’t the best and there’s a 5 minutes giant hill up to the property but overall a central location, 15 min walk into town. "
