Great location, direct access to Minatomirai Station. Walking distance to many major attractions & museums (Cup Noddles, Mitsubishi Minatomirai Industrial Museum, Yokohama Cosmo World, Yokohama World Porters and many more). Nice harbour view, staffs are helpful, friendly and professional. Strongly recommend this hotel, for sure will return.

Spacious, clean rooms with an amazing bathroom. Separate tub and shower. Washlet toilet with an automatic flush in its own space. Bring your own water bottle and fill it up at the water dispenser located next to the ice machine. Located in Queens Square. Steps from the shopping center and the Minatomirai Station. Lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is excellent. One phone call and they came to pick up our luggage. Made reservations for Airport Limousine Bus at bell desk and also paid there. The only thing I don’t like about this place is how expensive the breakfast is. So, I never had beef there. Just pick up sushi, sandwiches or rice balls at Family Mart. Nearby are McDonald’s, KFC, Subway and Starbucks. Much cheaper than America. Across the street is Mark is, where they have a food court and many restaurants on the 4th floor. Also within walking distance are World Porters, Marine Walk, and Red Brick Warehouse. Just love this place!

This by far has been my favorite of 5 hotels I’ve stayed in throughout my trip to Japan. It’s an awesome location, there is so much to see and do around the hotel and the station is very convenient to get to other parts of Tokyo. The room itself had a spectacular view of the bay and Ferris wheel - it was SO PRETTY at sunrise. I loved the balcony off the room and the huge bathrooms that were also stocked with so many amenities and great large size skincare products! I also LOVED the water carafe and refillable filtered water station by the ice machine - it made getting water so convenient (I drink a ton of water) without having to ask for so many bottles from housekeeping. The bed for me was comfortable as I like a firmer mattress, the pillows were quite hard but I found that to be normal (?) in Japan as many other hotels were the same. But overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

This property stands out to me because of the staff. They are professional, polite, and welcoming. The room cleaning staff also go above and beyond. The location of the hotel is excellent, Cosmoworld amusement park is just outside the hotel. We had a fantastic view of the park including the ferris wheel. I enjoyed exploring the Landmark tower, World Porters, the Cup noodle museum, anitouch. I recommend this hotel for families.
