Was told by person on the desk i couldnt check in before three even though all i wanted to do was pay and park my car. Eventually when explained i was allowed to pay and park my car.Sofa bed had stained sheets and requested staff to change them, was told it was a "new starter " who made mistake. Staff on desk dint apoligise and just stated " ill get someone to sort it"

First time staying at Roomzzz. Room was a good size, kitchen well equipped and very clean. Staff were incredibly helpful. Croissants in the morning were delicious. Would highly recommend! Hotel was in easy walking distance to most of York’s tourist attractions.
