We were given a room with a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. The weather we had for the three nights we were there was perfect. This hotel is within walking distance of the train station in Zermatt and all of the lifts to the mountains. We also walked to Randa one day. It was also away from the noise of the downtown area of Zermatt. The black nose sheep were in the field beside the hotel.

Nice place with very good breakfast and close to zermatt and the hiking trails with views of the Matterhorn. Didnt like the walls are thin and let noose from adjacent rooms go through, many hard surfaces make noise of anything place on table , floor, closets,rtc.

This was a great location and even though didn’t request a view, our patio had a view of the Matterhorn. It was 1/2 mile walk from train station but on the Main Street of town. Electric taxis if you needed. Breakfast was delicious. Bathroom was great.

We have had the best experience during our stay in Zermatt; the receptionist/I forgot to get her name, is wonderful & super helpful. The room is spotlessly clean; the room that we were given is just perfect; it directly faces Matterhorn and we were welcomed by the stunning view of this “magic mountain” early this morning; it has made our day. We will definitely come back 😃
