Great location close to the airport and trams (which made it a little noisy). No air conditioning and it was a warm night but thankfully they had a fan in the room. Couldn't leave windows open because no screens and bugs kept coming in.

Good rooms, nice breakfast, wonderful people. Easy to access trains and streetcars. And thats just the hotel! Zurich itself is incredible. I felt like Tintin on an adventure!

We found this room to be better than we expected. It had four beds for my family with two adult children, but little seating. Staff were friendly. Great location close to old town. We actually had an amazing view of the river. My only issue: I thought I was booking a room that included breakfast and when I arrived I found out that breakfast, while in the hotel, does cost extra... a lot extra. Fortunately there were a couple of little shops close by where we were able to get snacks. There is no on site parking. It is not too far away, but the city parking is expensive. We had a great stay and this was a good middle of the road option for us.

Overall good value for money. No gratis coffee. No English speaking TV BBc, Sky or CNN at a minimum. Otherwise, great overall experience.

The staff is good. It’s too close to the main thoroughfare that’s why it’s noisy. There is no air conditioning also.
