“Could be cleaner and smell better”

“Good choice when we go to Chicago at the night time ”

“I've stayed at this property three times. Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom with two outlets on either side of bathroom sink. Great walk in shower. Like most properties around the Chicago area, modular AC units in each room add to the noise level, so I always bring ear plugs. Both treadmills in the gym were broken, the gym water cooler was not working. Hope it's fixed by my next visit.”

“Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)”

“I had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inn in Schererville. The owner is young and welcoming, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all excellent. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location near restaurants and cafés. One area for improvement: the in-room safes in our rooms were not working, and the coffee machine was dripping hot water. Overall, a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Pros: The rooms are large, the towels are fluffy, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is what you expect from hotels in this class. Cons: The property is showing its age. The entrance, decorated in cream and burgundy, is attractive—especially when arriving at night. During the day, flaws become visible. We arrived to our room and immediately noticed the high touch surfaces were dirty. One of our lampshades was stained and coming apart, and splatter stains were evident on the wall near……

“Overall an okay stay, dirty floors but the bed felt great. We booked because they had a breakfast buffet available. I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up. Other people are asking because of you" which is such a weird and rude way to phrase it... they never told me this rule at check in, if it was written anywhere I missed it clearly. Waited a minute for my boyfriend to……

“The fridge wasn’t working, but after 2 calls, they brought a new one to my room. Also, I called the day before to see if the pool was open because on the site, it said it was closed. When I arrived, they said the pool was working but I didn’t bring a swimsuit.”
