「We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars」

「We were booked in a one bedroom suite. Our room was on the fourth floor facing the very busy street. When we went to sleep it was unbelievably noisy. Almost like there was no wall or window between us and the VERY busy street in front of the hotel. The next morning we got moved to the first floor suite which also faced the same road. 「Cute remodeled hotel, but does not have standard amenities I am used to. You have to specifically ask / indicate you want your room cleaned, the tv was difficult to navigate and lacked various apps you would typically have available, I wasn’t able to readily locate the WiFi password, and there was a man’s hair in the bathtub before we used it. Overall the place is cute and clean but a huge sticking point for me is there no pet policy and their “continental” breakfast which consisted of...

「When traveling from Florida to Ohio this is my overnight stop. Rooms are spacious, restaurant on-site, close to other hotels, restaurant, gas stations, and Walmart. Very convenient location.」

「The rooms were comfortable and clean. Tv channels had excellent selection. Location was convenient for the parks, caverns and waterfalls in area. Breakfast was also good.」

「Everything was great. Breakfast was ample and had a nice variety of ifems My only negative was the fact that the desk clerk gave the room number out loud. Not only to me but to the previous guest. I have traveled as a single women on many business trips and would have requested another room and only a written number on the key envelope. Luckily both the previous quest (who I did not know) and myself were with our husbands. I was also not thrilled at a trip jar in the breakfast room. 」

「We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that.」

Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left」
