The hotel was great! Convenient too. Staff seemed to joke and banter a lot with each other which was kind of unprofessional upon check-in that evening. The room itself was gorgeous and well situated with a beautiful view of Hamilton Place. I would go back to stay. Also parking is a bit tricky with that parking lot filling up fast. But at least the parking is free

The hotel is located in a great location. There are many good restaurants around and the Mall is next to it. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

My stay was absolutely great. The rooms were really clean. One downfall is that because it is a pet friendly hotel. I was woken up by a dog barking nonstop. Other than that the staff was great and everything else was great. I would stay here again, and the price is fair.

This is the best family hotel. It has a great pool that is not too deep (4ft max) - a restaurant and bar on the property, right beside a Cheesecake Factory, Dave and Busters, and a mall. The only downside is the road construction - traffic really sucks in Chattanooga, but this hotel is affordable, clean, safe, and fun.

The parking is shared with the mall, so it was tough to find a spot in front. I ended up parking by the gym out back. They didn’t have all the football channels so I had to go to Dave and Buster’s. But it was clean and quiet.

We always stay here when we visit Chattanooga. We like that everything is so convenient and in walking distance. The hotel also has outside sitting area that is awesome; this time we traveled with our teacup yorkie and things were awesome with her and amenities they have for your pet.
