Room is very clean the cleaning crews did a great job, the front desk on other hand is very unfriendly, no greeting and the rudeness, when we walk in they were 3 behind counter, no greeting from all 3, they were so busy talking to each other, after waiting one of them point us at the young man, she indicated he’ll check you in, Mean time she went right back to have her conversation with her co- worker. She need to be train on how to be customers friendly, or remove her from front desk. I’m not sure if she just rude to me?. Or other has complained about this lady before, in my check in si many hotels, I have never in counter a front desk customers service so rude… this my first time. I can tell you next time I’m in Chattanooga I will not book at this location. Her attitude was not what customers service should be.. she continued to be rude to me. The young man that finally check us in. Asking me for my credit card, I asked him why he need my credit card because I’ve paid online. That’s seem to pissed of the lady even more. I should have to right to question it. Since I just left holiday inn express, when I check at holiday inn express they didn’t asked me for my credit card.. and by the way. Holiday inn express has so much better front desk customers service. They greet us when we walked in. And smile can goes a long way when customers entered your hotel… bottom line you need to retain your employees. Or maybe these peoples hate their job.
