Hank at the front desk was very helpful at check in and assisted with a special accommodation. The rooms are basic. The indoor pool is a bonus as well as a small breakfast offering. All items in the room worked well and the stay was decent for a weekend. For a value hotel, this experience has been worth it and I am glad I chose this location over others in Chattanooga.

Stay was terrible. No breakfast though on reservation it was available. Room was dirty, no supplies. Staff was courteous to get some pillow and towels

Great location and very cheap. But there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I had to definitely did not feel comfortable walking with barefoot on the floors . Also a rusty towel rack left black marks all over the white towels.like anything in life. You get what you pay for.

Caution is key

This is a much older Super 8. I request a different room after the first night. The floors are old and dirty looking. The carpet was nasty. I wouldn’t go without shoes on. A spider across the bathroom floor. 2nd room was doable. A couple bugs. Bathroom floor looked much better. Staff was very friendly. Pool only open on the weekend. Breakfast was waffles and stale muffins. Check room before staying in it.

There is a smoking spot by the front doors that was consistently being occupied by ppl not staying in the hotel and usually unkept. Also, 3 cop cars pulled up and sat there for an hour when we arrived. The first room we were put in had a leaking ceiling. Downstairs had a smoke alarm hanging out of the ceiling one night. Staff hung out a lot in the main lobby area occupying tables meant for guests. The noise level was low though and we did sleep very well, but next time we’ll spend a little more for better and safer feeling accommodations.

Updates badly needed

The night and morning staff were very friendly as were the people cleaning in the hallways. The appliances worked, shower was hot, and bed was reasonably comfortable. However, the paint was peeling in my room, there are several dark sticky spots on the carpet, numerous stains, the hvac front panel was off and on the floor. I think the bedsheets were clean but they were wrinkled as was the skirt. Tiles were very stained, peeling, and the shower curtain had mold on it. The breakfast offered waffles but there were no knives. There was cereal available but no bowls, spoons, or milk. Price very overcharged

The whole place is a bit musty and the bathrooms are old. It’s pretty clean, but the a/c wasn’t great. But the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Oh, and the water here smells funny. Don’t know if it is this hotel or this town. If you don’t need to stop, don’t, keep driving.
