「Hotel nothing like advertised . .no castle front just boring glass. No shop, no information board, staff no knowledge of local area, pushed their own taxi at10 dollars (approx 530 peso) to cathedral, uber was 97 peso. Restaurant staff reluctant to refill breakfast favourites, other meals pleasant but overpriced. There is nothing in this area for holiday makers, an hour walk to the colonial area, local beach and surrounds filthy.」

「I had to change room twice with a hot water problem, then the order room had no water at all from the night when I get to the room until I left the next day at check out. The hotel was nasty and rusty. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Unless you must sleep somewhere for the next day. Everything is old and disgusting. It’s not worth any money. 」

「Hotel installation were great. Location is beyond perfect near to the must spectacular restaurant but besides doing check in on time room wasn’t ready and got to wait over an hour after a long day road trip. Hope they get more accurate about check in and providing guess room access. 」

「Basic but comfortable accommodation, ideal for short stays. Amenities are simple, but not bad for the price. Good A/C and a comfortable bed. Helpful staff, especially the receptionist. Check-in across the street at Hotel Guarocuya. For this room, I suggest adding a lamp to make nighttime use easier, as one light switch controls both the room and bathroom lights. This was the only downside during my stay, and I shared this feedback with them.」

「The apartment has three bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom, plus one half bath. It includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, washer, and dryer. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. There are two to three comfortable sofas in the apartment, and the space is large enough to accommodate 10–12 people easily. We were a group of seven and stayed very comfortably with no issues at all. Everything was clean and organized, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely...
