“Its a great property. Amenities are awesome. What threw me off was the check-in experience - they couldn't speak english and then the silly idea of selling preferred was just off putting, and then the fact that waiters don't speak english - when over 75% of your clientele is english speaking you ought to speak the language.”

“Check in was awful. We were offered a different room to be closer to our group but that room was not ready yet. We were told 30 minutes and escorted to the beach grill to wait. . . 2 hours later we decided to try and find the xhale lounge where we checked in to ask for help. No staff that checked us in were there and everyone was confused. It is also hard to find anything and the layout is poor. Then in order to access are "VIP" benefits we had to activate our key card the next day- mind you we……
