“ Beautiful hotel, newly renovated rooms. Had so many restaurants to choose from with pretty good food especially the Japanese restaurant on the family side. There’s an adult side and family side and I had access to both. Beautiful pools and beach. Overall amazing time and experience. ”

Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“Amenities were great, kids loved the drop off and the water park. The staff were kind and friendly. Shuttle drivers were amazing and so professional. Food was good especially loved the breakfast options! Restaurants were a nice way to switch things up! Rooms were cleaned very well. Housekeeping was amazing. We would definitely come back! ”

“The Barcelo is amazing & beautiful, well manicured on picturesque Bavaro beach! All the amenities you want. The staff are all very friendly; but I suggest you brush up on your Spanish, as most don’t speak english fluently. All the food we had in the multiple restaurants and buffets was very good. The drinks were great; not watered down. There’s room for improvement on cleanliness (sand in the pools, and empty cups laying around; but not terrible. Rooms were in good shape, bed was very……

“Swimming pools are large and clean”

“At check-in, we were told that we were getting an upgrade at no extra charge, to be on the lower level and closer to beach and restaurants. The lower level and being closer to beach and restaurants was appreciated. Room was nice and comfortable. Only disappointment was view from balcony, was no garden or ocean view. View was of the back of the property. Below balcony was a hedge, lawn was well kept but then a paved path where the property service vehicles brought supplies back and forth……
