“En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten……

“The staff aren’t very friendly in all places and not all have great English, tips are expected to get better/friendly service. Our server at the sports bar was very unpleasant. Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water! Food was average, and drinks were great :)”

“We booked the priority member Junior suite with the private pool and everything was perfect! The room was very clean with a beautiful/clean private pool and had a breathtaking view of the garden and two of the pools on the grounds. Our butler, Irving, was so amazing!! He was very attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. He sent us daily itineraries for the resort activities and always made sure that we had everything we needed. He even helped organize a surprise for my boyfriend whose birthday……
