「La chambre était propre, la salle de bain aussi. Mais ce qui nous a plu c’est l’accueil et le service du personnel: nous nous sommes sentis comme si on séjournait chez des amis, chez la famille. Une expérience à recommander!」

「The food was horrible at any of the restaurants on the complex, some of the staff was amazing but some other staff not well trained. Poor information, no amenities, the bathroom toilet was leaking water, the shower was leaking water outside the bathroom, was blood on my bed. No activity on the pool, no shows, we have to go to sleep at 10 because everything is close at 10:00 pm, I normally don't like to give bad reviews but this time it fell I need to because we paid so expensive for a service...

「La recepción fue bien. El problema fue al descargar el baño, tenía sus problemas. El desayuno fue básico. El personal en el desayuno dejo mucho que desear. Omar q estaba en la entrada fue muy servicial. Tienen un paladar dentro del hotel. La comida en el paladar fue muy buena.」

「Hennessey was such a great helper if you’re thinking about staying here, go ahead and book we stayed at an all-inclusive 15 minutes away close by so this was our one day stay and honestly, we had better service here. Food is amazing. People are so humble around. We were a little bit iffy about walking around the town but honestly, the people are so nice and so sweet and humble. It’s honestly cheaper to buy things around this area if you want something more of seeing the real side of Dominican...

「Está en una zona bien concurrida, la habitación necesita un poco de cariño en cuanto a pintura pero es algo leve, CAMA CÓMODA Y SÁBANAS LIMPIAS. Lo recomiendo」
