Rooms are amazing! All of them have an outdoor Jacuzzi. Service is great! Food pretty good and consistent. We love the Japanese restaurant. What i loved the most is that all restaurants are walk ins and you do not have to make reservations.

We stayed in a Viento Suite. It is very spacious with plenty of seating options. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge was stocked with plenty of drinks to enjoy and this level also include bottles of vodka, gin, and scotch. The view from the balcony of the beach was amazing, but the view from the rooftop patio was even better. We also enjoyed the jet tub on the balcony. We had a “butler” (Reynaldo) who was very helpful any questions we had. The resort is rather large, so we certainly got plenty of walking in going back and forth to the main building at the back where most of the restaurants are. We had dinner in each of the four main restaurants (French, Italian, Mexican, and Japanese) with our favorites being the French and Japanese, where we went with the Hibachi option. The beach might be the best sand I have experienced anywhere. It did get hot in the dry sunny areas, but in the shade and along the shore it was perfect. The pool situation here is kind of weird, because there are technically so many of them. All of the ground level suites are swim up from separate pools along the front of each building. Then there is a “quiet” pool in the center, that didn’t appear to be used much. Then there is the large pool with the swim up bar, which is where we went. We have never had a desire to return to any reaort we have visited in the past, but this is certainly a place we will go back to.

Everything was great! If I had to change one thing it would be the live music would go longer. The staff was amazing! Our butler Reynaldo was the best and always available! The bartender in the VIP was our favorite one and so nice and helpful! Always made sure we got what we needed!

I came into this stay with high expectations, especially paying around $700 per night. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to that standard. At check-in, I expected at least some recognition of my Expedia VIP status, such as a complimentary upgrade or added perk. Instead, I was offered paid upgrades ($120 and $360), which I declined. Shortly after, I was told that VIP benefits couldn’t be honored due to “availability,” even though upgrades were clearly being offered for purchase. The only gesture we received was a bottle of wine on the second night, which felt like an afterthought and didn’t add much value. I also noted in my reservation that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday (and mine shortly after). When I reached out, the manager came to the room—not to resolve the issue—but to try to sell me third-party services like flowers, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Another disappointing aspect was the aggressive sales pitch from staff promoting a subscription-style travel discount program. The pressure was uncomfortable, and when I declined—even stating I wouldn’t be interested even if it were free—the staff member responded rudely and walked away. Fantastic, great walkable size, cozy, yet lively at times resort! I would definitely return! Loved our Butler Ivan! The absolute best! He made our entire trip special day and night as we came to celebrate our 10 year Wedding Anniversary. Highly suggest if booking to have aqua club access! Japanese restaurant was our favorite! And Liberi was nice for breakfast and lunch.

The staff were very friendly and treated us very well (even putting their hand on their heart as they greeted us). The concierge was very efficient, the entertainment team was great. In general where we went there were no crowds anywhere although the gym was a little busy at time. The gym equipment was modern with Ellipticals and treadmills with screens allowing you to work out virtually in various places in the world. The pools were very well maintained and the beach very nice and clean. The shows were quite good, we saw a circus show which was impressive and a few shows with cuban dancers that were exceptional and a few bands. The music was a little too loud however, places to sit to watch the outdoor show registered between 89 and 94 db regularly, this is a level that causes short-term hearing loss. Our room was at the far end of the building closest to the show place and though well insulated we could still hear the music. The food at the restaurants was very good in general except one day when we had an undercooked chicken burger at the grill near the beach. The buffet was good if you had items cooked fresh, but some of the other food under the heating lights seemed a bit stale/dry. Despite some of the slight negatives we really enjoyed our stay.

We chose a swim out room and were very pleased with the room layout which was even more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating and the food was awesome. Location and layout was great and worth the 45 minute ride from the airport.

The staff and facilities were absolutely fantastic. When we arrived, they were always very professional and welcoming. Our shower drained was clogged and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The food and drinks were truly all inclusive and I cannot begin to describe how shocked I was from their quality. Their steaks, ceviche, hibachi, and buffets were next level for an all-inclusive resort. Their spa was great. I got a massage and they had hydrotherapy and dry saunas that you could use prior to massage. Would 10000% come back.
