Went here for a quick solo getaway, and it was completely relaxing. The staff was really nice, and they did everything to make my stay even better. The spa is incredible, definitely book an appointment and enjoy the facilities. The food in the restaurants was pretty good (sushi restaurant was the best). Only bad thing was that my shower had a bad smell, but it didn’t ruin the experience overall. Shout out to Nova (entertainment), super cool guy! Would definitely go back.

I had an incredible experience at W Punta Cana during our babymoon! The facility is absolutely amazing, and the staff is fenomenal—truly going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They perfectly embody their motto of “whatever, whenever,” and I was especially touched when they made my craving for a Dominican dessert happen the very day I arrived. Their kindness and exceptional service made our trip so special, and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and heartfelt getaway!

This was the best stay EVER! The entertainment crew Elian !!! , Jayson and Baby A were FANTASTIC, all the different activities this hotel had to offer !!! The food choices for whatever you desired !!! I was there with a family member with a gluten free diet…. Lots of options for her with everything we had to EAT … our room was a suite and it was fabulous. Rented cabana were worth every penny . The staff super friendly and very helpful . Transportation arrangements black car service all the way .

We've stayed, now, in a handful of hotels in the DR or Cancun areas and agree that this is our favorite so far. Well run, very helpful staff, attention to detail, clean, great food, great beach, great rooms. Not crowded, very relaxing, which is what we were after! One flaw for me is that the restaurants, while serving great food, focus very heavily on seafood, so if you love seafood - great! If not, you'll need to pick and choose carefully. But other than that, any issues we had were dealt with quickly (eg items not replenished in the room) and the staff went out of their way to help. Each restaurant has its own list of specialty cocktails which is fun! The buffet restaurant has good variety and good food. The variety and choice of recliners on the beach or by the pools was great (more umbrellas on the beach would I think help though!). I used the gym repeatedly and it was well stocked. My wife used the spa and said the massage was extremely well done (though of course expensive!).

Great property overall! It is a brand NEW resort, still in their soft opening so there is room for improvement on their food service ( not all restaurants were open at the same time) and entertainment. But overall, beautiful place. Food taste was amazing!

What an amazing experience. We went to celebrate 2 of our friends 40th & 50th bday. We were a group of 10 people. We just got back and it was a soft opening with low occupancy. The hotel and staff wowed us! Beautiful and top of the line resort, liquor and food. At the pool surged us Giselle. She went over and beyond to meet our wants and needs. She made sure our drinks we perfect, food and entertainment. I cannot say enough about her. The bartender are amazing too. The stuff China, baby Angel) that’s what we called him), China Africana ( also what we called him, I think his real name is Eliser) Gregory, Hoshi and everyone else made our stay unfortunately. At the Spa, my therapist named Marisol, was excellent. One of not the best massage and body scrub that I have ever had. At the Spa a young lady name Stefanie made sure we had the full spa experience with all the different water pool massages and treatments. I cannot wait to go back and see it at full capacity and all they have to offer. Will come back soon❤️

We had an amazing experience here as three girlfriends on a Birthday getaway. I was many times in Punta Cana and officially this is the first time I have actually enjoyed the food here! Recommend this hotel for sure. Talking about staff we received an excellent from Andy (arrival), Carlos(Scena restaurant) and Alta Gracia (Spa).They were sweet, helpful and professional. But do not book excursions with Camilo. We had a very shady experience with him. Room are great too. huge beds and amazing shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms by Davines.

Séjour catastrophique à Punta Cana. Le personnel est désagréable, non souriant et ne pense qu’au pourboire. J’ai dû me rendre chaque jour à la réception pour me plaindre, sans aucune solution. La chambre était insalubre : infestée de moustiques et de parasites, le lit était inconfortable et j’ai été piqué de partout. La nourriture était sale, ce qui m’a causé une allergie et a complètement gâché mon séjour. Au moment du paiement, ils ont ajouté 130 dollars sans justification. Malgré un email envoyé, aucune réponse, aucun respect du client. Cet hôtel se prétend 5 étoiles, mais il n’en a absolument pas le niveau. Expérience honteuse. À éviter absolument
