Property was well kept and clean. The staff were friendly but the majority of the staff, especially the wait staff in the restaurants did NOT speak or understand English which made it very difficult. The front desk staff were a little pushy trying to upsell extras but I guess that is their job. Finally, out of the 62 people in our group more than half contracted some sort of norovirus which was not fun.

Very good staff, the service is very good. Wanderline was so nice and very helpfull with everything. Note: This hotel is very good for go with children, not for couples. And if you go, highly recommend get the preferred club.
