“Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. “Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the public beach and many fabulous restaurants right on the water. Perfect place to watch the sunset over the marina. “The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets.
The staff was just awesome. The check in attendance carried our luggage up the stairs (there are NO elevators). He explained where the dinner area was and what was in walking distance.

“Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. “The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall.
However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night.

“Great food, amenities, events by the pool during the day and in the lawn in the evenings. Plenty of activities for kids so the beach remained pretty peaceful and not crowded. Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach. There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool). ”
