Everything about this resort is excellent. The pool areas are is huge and have plenty of seating, there are staff everywhere willing to help with anything, the beach is also amazing. There are activities all throughout the day and entertainment every night, the restaurants are fantastic. This resort is modern, clean and beautiful. You can't go wrong staying here.

Well deserving of all the 5 star reviews it has. We spent a week here for our Honeymoon and we’re not disappointed at all. For an all inclusive resort, the food was outstanding! Very clean and well kept, amazing Spa facility and activities daily at resort. We will be back!

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana was a very nice resort. First time there. The staff was friendly just not over the top friendlly like we have seen at other resorts in CanCun. Could be a difference in cultures. I enjoyed the food at the Pier, the hibachi place and the Pesto. Drinks were decent. We had professional pictures taken and they were AMAZING! The beach is why we go to these resorts and it was very clean no seaweed, we loved it. It was a very nice stay. :)

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Zilara. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days in which we relaxed so much. Food and drinks were amazing! Many restaurants to choose from since the twin sister hotel Hyatt Ziva is right next to it. Lots of entertainment, amazing beach, the pools were great. I totally recommend it specially for couples that just want to chill by the water and not worry about planning a whole schedule.
