“Good Hotel”

“The property itself was beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the level of service and treatment from several staff members significantly impacted our overall experience. As a father traveling with my wife and two daughters, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service throughout our stay. On multiple occasions, staff were rude or dismissive when we requested assistance, often responding with attitude rather than support. One……

“Gorgeous resort and the food was wonderful I will definitely be coming back, we had issues with our air conditioning which was expressed to staff several times, they would write reports but this issue was never resolved and no alternative was given. Other than our hot room and no fans available in the resort we had a great stay at this resort.”

“Everything was beautiful grounds gorgeous and well maintained , room was clean and spacious. Staff was fantastic and all restaurants were great! Oceania was ok in food but view of ocean beautiful! Highly recommend. Beach was nice but water not so much due to the season I think? Not that turquoise water we were hoping for. Otherwise food and drinks and service were fantastic!”

“Our stay was wonderful! The resort was absolutely amazing, the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Kari at the Lazy River Pool Bar—she was so friendly, attentive, and made our experience even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort. We will definitely be back soon!”

“The staff were very nice, helpful and respectful. The pools were nice and clean with cool swim up bars. My only issue is my room was a bit out dated, they can use their renovation. But I had the junior suite, maybe I needed to upgrade. Other than that a nice property with plenty to do on the premises. 7.5out of 10”

“Most of the staff did not speak English, not even the bare minimum English. It was very hard to communicate. The rooms were very nice, clean and smelled clean. The drinks were good. The buffet and Asian restaurant were our favorites. The Mexican restaurant menu lacks a lot to be desired. The water slides, pools, swim up bars were so much fun!”
