「This place is a little slice of heaven. The staff, in general, are very pleasant always ready with a friendly greeting, a courteous gesture, or an act of kindness. From the moment we arrived at the reception (Preferred Club), Johan who welcomed us did so with professionalism and that signature Dominican warmth. 「Resort was very well maintained, food was overall good. Rooms were beautiful, as well as the swim out rooms. Of course there were few hiccups here and there with it being a new resort, but overall we were very happy with our stay. A special shoutout to the bartender Esterling.
