They weren’t pushy to get you to buy anything, no obligations. They understood you just want to enjoy your vacation. 「The property is beautiful, well kept, my room was very big and pretty. They could improve in maintenance if the room the balcony door curtain did not have the features that need to be open, the bath robe hanging in the closet was dirty, and of the 5 amenities that they put in the room I was just left 2 missing the shower cap and the sewing kit etc plus they did not put water bottles and the phone did not worked either I notified everything and it was corrected」

「Rooms are clean, Staff is friendly and helpful. First day when you walk in there is people in the lobby showing interest to help you but the only thing they want from you is to sell you a membership for “Exclusive Travelers Rewards”. The presentation takes 4 to 5 hours and the membership cost 100k for Infinity, 50k for Platinum and 20k for gold. A complete waste of time.」
