Had the most amazing stay! Will never be able to book another vacation without a swim out room, this place is truly a beautiful property. At every pool bar and restaurant we visited, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. When you visit the Italian restaurant or the Barside Grill ask for Randy as your server, he went out of his way to make sure our meals were cooked to order. If you spend some time poolside, say hi to Victor, he continuously checked on our group all afternoon and made sure we were taken care of. We are already making plans for the next visit!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay at Secret Tides. The place is spectacular, and the service is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and always attentive to ensure we were having a stay that met our expectations. In fact, our expectations were far exceeded. I definitely recommend it as a 5-star hotel, and we will be back soon.

My overall experience is excellent. This is not a party hotel and really sticks to the Hyatt standards. Pros: cleanliness is excellent. Staff was very attentive and caring. Rooms are very comfortable including the bed. Easy check in and check out process. Cons: entertainment for adults can improve. An authentic Dominican Restaurant serving food cooked by a native chef would be amazing. A live band that plays classic merengue would be great. Comment: it is an amazing hotel with great service. I wish they would incorporate the Dominican Republic culture a bit more.

Secrets Tides is a beautiful resort with some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered at an all inclusive. From the front desk, house keeping, bar service, restaurant service- everyone was AMAZING! We were checked on at least every 15/20 minutes and we were never without a drink! The beach is amazingly clean- the seaweed cleanup was unreal- almost over the top. The shows were great in the evening and I’m usually not a fan of shows but they all were fantastic. I would 1000% give this place a 5 star rating if the food was better. The hibachi place and the Mexican restaurant were fabulous, despite my husband getting sick after the Mexican restaurant twice. Snacks are non-existent and the other restaurants the food was reheated and never fresh. Despite the food we will be back because the rest of this resort is outstanding. Highly recommend !!

This was the best resort I’ve been to, what really made a difference was the people who worked there. Starting with Enrique at the front desk who was accommodating and made sure my birthday was special. And the entertainment workers who made sure we had a fun and relaxed time! Like Manuel who was very attentive, funny and kind! Everyone there made the experience that much better. The rooms were beautiful, the property is gorgeous, the pools are top tier. The food could be better, but other than that I loved it and would definitely return.

The resort properly was clean I think they needed more staff at the bars. The restaurants were ok not 5 star. I would rate at a7.Staff was friendly but needed to speak more english. Shout out to Chakira from entertainment staff she was fun and helpful. Over all a nice resort. We didnt get preferred status so naybe that is better but was 200 a day more per day just for premium liquor and one more restaurant

Everything about this property was amazing. The staff may have been the greatest staff we’ve ever had and we’ve been to a lot of resorts in many other countries. We got in our van to leave to the airport and said F’it, let’s stay for 1 more day, turned around and went back. That’s something we’ve never done and it is a testament to the property and their staff.

The resort was beautiful and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I made the comment to my girlfriend that they seemed actually happy. The food and drinks were excellent too! The sushi and hibachi was just ok, but we loved everything else. No stomach issues either. We would come back in a heartbeat. I want to try a swimout room next! We stayed facing Breathless, and we did hear some noise. Nothing too bad for us though.

The room was clean and the cleaning staff did a great job. Even after our butler made requests and we went to the vip services our mini bar only got restocked one day.

My wife and I just spent a week here. Having been to several all-inclusive resorts, I can confidently say that this is one of the best. The food, grounds, staff, entertainment and facilities are all top notch. Highly recommend.
