The location itself was very nice and enjoyable, but the hospitality could definitely be improved. On several occasions when we asked for assistance, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Room was very spacious with a separate kitchen/dining, living room and bedroom. The amenities are great too - an amazing gym, lap pool and a rooftop restaurant! Nice short walk to the beach. Perfect location for a surfing holiday and reasonably priced.
