「The staff and property was good. Lacked a few essentials like toilet paper at first, and no soap and shampoo, not much on the menu to choose from but the min bar on property was good with a nice private beach right there nobody goes too which was great.」

「Deben mejorar varios aspectos. Desde que encendíamos el aire acondicionado, comenzaba a salir agua del techo y terminaba acumulándose en el piso de la habitación. Llamamos varias veces al lobby, pero nunca contestaron. Luego fuimos personalmente a Atención al Cliente, donde nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien para solucionar el problema, pero esa persona nunca llegó. Además, los tragos como la piña colada y otros cócteles se servían muy aguados, aparentemente porque la máquina no funcionaba...

「The only clean area was the beach. The pool was very dirty. There was even dental floss in the pool and toilet paper. I chose this resort because I had stayed there before, but the difference this time was not what we had experienced. They never had enough food in the snack bar and ran out ofice cream and other food in the buffet and didn’t replenish. Ran out of pool towels and had to wait more than an hour in the room to get safe working. Couldn’t use pillows because they were dirty. Noisy pl,」

「I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering how expensive it was. First, there is no bottled water, coffee, or any type of beverage provided in the room. I'm not sure what the point of having a mini fridge is if it's completely empty. Instead, you're given one large glass bottle that you must refill yourself downstairs. And if you want the water cold you must go to the buffet area, We requested more water, and after waiting three hours, someone brought us...another empty glass...
