“Water take long to get hot to bathe , place is very old . The room look like a up to date room . Food wasn’t that great . Experience wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best either ”

“No elevators, food was mediocre, tasteless, dried and nothing spectacular. Partner got sick with food poisoning. Serving staff don't wear masks or gloves anymore.”

“There was an issue with check in and they moved rooms around without communication to our party prior too so the other 2 groups that booked at the same time were all on different sides of resort. Food at buffet and dominican restaurant and selection was great. The reservation process for the restaurants is inconvenient and unaccommodating. The rooms on the Tropical side need to be renovated. The showers you have to hold the handle or the water spills out of shower. large gap our front……

“Over the past few years, we've vacationed in Punta Cana, CapCana, LaRomana, Juan Dolio, Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata. The staff at Emotions were pleasant and helpful However, the hotel itself was older, dated and badly maintained. The Bathroom roofs leaked, air conditioners didn't work and the overall experience suffered”

“The room was a bit dated, but the property as a whole was nice. Beautiful beach, friendly staff. Food was ok, pools were nice.”

“The gym needs an update no treadmill and what’s in there doesn’t turn on. Towels are hard to exchange get to the exchange place right on time or you will be using your towels for days! Not enough umbrellas at pools if you are looking for shade you won’t be getting it at this pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the food was good.”

“This place was a great stay. Staff is very friendly and caters to your needs. The area is very safe you can get around in golf carts that you can rent very easily. It’s clean and well maintained. & the hotel restaurant serves great food. ”

“No se veía el mar pero tenía el Jacuzzi de agua caliente estaba detrás de mi cuarto. Las piscinas estaban con arena o animalitos. El bufet daban prácticamente lo mismo todo los días. ”

“Resort needs some repairs to be 4*+ Good reception especially with Juan. Also toilets need to be more functional allowing use of toilet paper to be flushed putting it in waste basket isn’t sanitary. Mattress on pull out couch needs to be changed, also linen for the couch should be available in room. Shower isn’t functional to high and therefor sprays out of shower area. Chairs on balcony could be more comfortable.”

“Cet hôtel est une propriété d'un entrepreneur québécois. Il était sur place lors de notre séjour et était à l'écoute et actif pour faire de notre séjour une expérience positive. Il y a un service de Navette gratuit pour aller à la plage Cabarete qui est à 5 minutes. Il y a des Québécois "snowbird" qui en ont fait leur lieu de résidence habituel donc beaucoup de francophones. C'est un bon endroit pour avoir un pied à terre relativement économique dans l'objectif de sortir vivre des aventures dans……

“The rooms were clean, there was a little mold in the shower, which a little spray of bleach would solve in a few minutes. But the whole place was comfortable, super clean. The staff always super friendly, the grounds were an amazing. The food was great, the location was perfect. We will be back next year , all ready planning. ”
