Great everything especially the entertainment team! They are the reason why we come back to the same resort even though we like to explore different properties .. the only feedback we have is to have food control as many items are so over salted it’s hard to enjoy them. Another thing is safety .. when it rains - ground outside, floors inside and stairs are all very slippery. Most guests walk in rubber flip flops and they are glide like on ice, very scary to walk. It would be great to have some anti slippery mats in high traffic areas to prevent unnecessary injuries and spoiled vacations.

This was our 5th trip to Punta Cana in 6 years and it was the best so far. (We’ve enjoyed the others but this was a level above. It’s usually just my wife and two kids who are currently 22 and 19. This year, their significant others came with them so we got three rooms instead of the usual two. We stayed at Majestic Elegance (2020), Serenade Punta Cana (2022), Majestic Colonial (2023), serenade PC-Adults (2024). This was our best and while some of it is just being experienced, the food and service was definitely better. I’m a huge bacon fan and barely have touched prior to this trip…they do American bacon at this resort. Also helped that we got free upgrade to Privledge rooms/service. Food- solid B+… Would be higher, but we spend $50 at an upgrade at the steakhouse for a fillet and should’ve just stuck with the New York sirloin for free. It was quite chewy and certainly not what you’re used to from USDA choice, American beef. Ocean eats at the privilege club near the ocean was incredible and those are some of the fancy pictures I have attached. Service- Overall, the service was an A-. Chambermaids were great. The “butler” Tomas (really concierge service) was great. Diogenes was great pool bar tender and great personality. Oguis was quieter but also very good. Lots of beach volleyball (we always bring our own deflated w/pump)…many others did here too. So many playing that you had to find a way to work yourself in. Pool volleyball net was always up to and less crowd

Excellent resort! We stayed for 6 days and the Privilege package was very good. We had a butler, Héctor Rafael, who was very helpful and kind, attentive to everything we needed. He really took care of everything. Thank you again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again.

Be aware before you book - we had to sit through a 2.5hr sales pitch by the property to enrol in their travel program. We did not sign up for this pitch, had no idea what was happening (we were told a staff member was letting us know about the resort facilities). We kept saying we were not interested and they pushed with more staff. This is the reason we will not be recommending this property to friends and family or returning.

15th x in Dominican.10th x at Ocean Blue. Spent 9 nights. Paid extra for Privilege, and thought it was worth it because you get a great room in building 10 closest to the ocean, separate served breakfast restaurant reserved for Privilege only by the beach, personal butler that takes care of making reservations, answering questions and handling requests, cabanas on the beach exclusive to Privilege, but most important to us was having a private area by the party pool where you are essentially guaranteed to get lawn chairs. Food was great. Always good selection at the buffet. We especially liked the following reservation sit down restaurants: Japanese Hibachi, French (which required wearing long pants and adults only), and the Steak restaurant. Mike’s Coffee is great. It’s like a Starbucks and is open all day. Gelato place was great. Open late afternoon through mid-late evening. The Piano bar in the lobby was our favorite for evening entertainment. Good service Javier, and piano player. Lots for kids to do. Besides the normal pool and beach stuff, they have a family night spot with bowling alley, Play Stations, pool tables, ping pong, board games. It’s very safe & somewhere where you can leave a 9-15 year old to hang out with other kids while you enjoy drinks or coffee nearby. Bring small bills for tips as the people serving you make less in a year than you are spending on your trip. Halloween candy & makeup are also a huge hit for tips. Feel free to post questions

We were a group of 30 guests, and 14 of us became ill with stomach-related issues during our stay at the resort. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Customer service throughout the stay was extremely poor. At the buffet, we often had to search for clean cutlery ourselves. Calling reception from our room was ineffective—requests were rarely fulfilled, if at all. We raised multiple concerns with management, including a serious incident where our room door became stuck and would not open. We were forced to wait outside the room for approximately 3.5 hours before anyone came to fix it. When we finally spoke with management about these issues, the response was dismissive and showed a complete lack of care or accountability. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially given the size of our group and the severity of the issues encountered.
