Amazing hotel we did not want to leave! Lieser in the sports bar is on it, but all the staff are super friendly and helpful (Willy is my honorable mention as well). Food was too good, couldn’t decide where to eat because it was all amazing. You do need to log on at bang on 7 if you want a reservation and don’t forget to put your name on a list for the first come first serve but if you don’t the buffet is full of delicious options. 2 pool bars and beach bar, lots of sunloungers. This is an amazing hotel and we did not want to leave. The welcome mimosa station is also a lovely touch. Can’t wait to return.

En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia, aunque hay algunos aspectos que podrían mejorar. Uno de los principales retos es que muchos huéspedes reservan los camastros colocando sus pertenencias, lo que a veces dificulta encontrar dónde sentarse, tanto en la playa como en la piscina. En ocasiones, puede resultar un poco incómodo cuando alguien indica que el espacio ya está ocupado. La habitación estuvo bien, aunque sencilla. Noté algunos detalles de limpieza, como telarañas en las paredes, que podrían atenderse para mejorar la experiencia. En cuanto a la comida, los restaurantes son agradables, pero en nuestra experiencia el buffet ofrecía opciones iguales o incluso mejores, por lo que puede ser una alternativa más práctica. Overall had a good experience but I can't say it was amazing. The property is clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room each day. Buffet food was decent (ate there the most) and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Evening entertainment was nice. The wifi is an unsecured network which is not ideal. If you go to the beach be aware of the constant line of peddlers. Get out early to reserve sun beds (even though there are signs not to)...because if you don't, the shade spots are all gone by 7 AM. Be aware that pool towels may be swapped out but the station is tucked away and not marked (make a plan to do that first thing in the morning as you run the risk that they don't have any more clean towels in the afternoon).

They were short on staff, many new staff and sometimes the new staff didn’t know how to assists you, some attractions in the family lounge weren't available for use or broken or malfunctioning. And it’s annoying that in the first day of the stay they try to sell you a “membership”

Everything was fine, in the best way to explain. Reception staff was rude upon arrival, but bell boys, room service, waiters, bartenders were great! Is my second time coming up this resort, it’s very clean, and overall is very nice. The first time everything was perfect unfortunately this time I can’t say the same! The day we arrived, the person driving the shuttle that took us to our building, literally took the suitcases off the shuttle and told us, your room is the thirds floor, we sis not get any help taking the suitcase upstairs! So that started the vacation on the wrong foot! The beach is beautiful but there is no control over people putting towels on the beds, and not showing up for hours, I told guest service and they told me that after an hour of no one shows up security should take the towel off the beds! Of course that is not the case, and the beach does not have enough shade! When eating at Villa Marina, not one day, we were asked if we needed water or if we wanted something to drink! Overall I recommend it, but lower your expectations! Would I return to this resort? Probably not!

Decent at best. The drinks were 3/5. Room cleanliness 3/5 (furniture was dated). The staff ok. I’ve had better. There’s nothing impressive about this resort. We wouldn’t stay here again. They have “the over priced, privileged amenities”. If you don’t pay for it the staff treatment is 3/5. The restaurants require RSVP food was good at the Japanese and steak restaurants. Pool average. This is not a luxurious resort. Very mediocre. We met great people and made the best of our four day stay.

The pool was large and nice - the only way to fully enjoy the resort is to enroll in Privilege - this is the first resort where I noticed a palpable difference between a "Privilege-type" program and staying there without one. The room was fine, bed comfortable - check in process was frustrating as room was not ready and they did not provide much information at all (again, b/c we were not in Privilege). Two restaurants require reservations but other 5 do not - however unless you go at 5:45 to be put on a list for later that night, you might not get in or you will eat late.
