「The staff here are AMAZING!! We originally booked elsewhere and had so many issues that we ended our last 5 nights at Melia Caribe and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and really want to make your stay great. We arrived at almost 11pm and they placed us vip, room near the ocean and happily welcomed us at that time of night. Food was good but what makes this place amazing is there is something for the kids to do the whole day! Water park during the day, playstations for the kids, game...
