En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes.

The food was so hit or nice it was crazy. Ate at the steakhouse twice. First time the steaks were so good, melt in your mouth and tasty. Second time you couldn't even cut the steak with knife. They were tasteless and chewy. Are server answered her phone while taking our order for dinner one evening. Then of course the order was incorrect. Sometime the staff cared more about talking with each other over serving the guests. We ate breakfast one morning without a server asking us one time if we needed anything. The beach bar in the club level was awesome. All the servers at the bar where cheerful and polite to the guests. When they found out it was our anniversary they make sure are day was extra special. Always checking on us and making us tasty drinks. Made for a wonderful experience.

The room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pool area and how beautiful everything was. My rating is average because there wasn’t a lot of entertainment. All you are able to do here is eat, drink and sit. At night after dinner there is nothing to do, besides a little night club. Make sure you bring your own source of entertainment.

I went for one week with my family. We assumed if we chose a nicer hotel that there would be no cause for concern. We were very wrong. Pool tiles are tiny sqaures not held together by grout and falling apart. The pieces just sit at the bottom of the pool. The third day in my 11 year old daughter cut her foot on the broken tile. I am aware there was a medical center half way across the grounds but no one nearby could provide us with a bandaid. It was closer to grab one of our own from our room at that point. Last three days of our vacation my husband and I were so ill. We could not stop using the restroom and just resorted to only leaving the room to get some bread from the buffet so we wouldnt feel weak without eating all day. You are not allowed to have anyone bring food for you from the buffet as they offer "room service". The service is no less then a 45 min wait and all food comes stale and hard. In the mornings they cant even give you a decent piece of toast. It was stale, hard and pressed on top of stale croissants. As I recall and write this review I am still just blown away at how they can operate to these standards. It is not a cheap hotel by any means and the service was just awful. Few other random quick points: - Towels always provided much later then room cleaning service, it seemed as though they couldn't keep up with washing -cockroach spotted by the salads -bottled water doesn't even taste right -toilets let off sewage smell Absolutely horrible :(

The staff at the bars and restaurants were wonderful!Those hard working people made the stay bearable! The room was pretty bad. I took pics of some of the disgusting parts.The couch was stained with dark and yellow stains. Both the shower and toilet areas were rotted and disgusting, and the toilet seat did not fit! A basic! This is supposedly a 5 star resort! Also, the toilet area’s inside light did not work, so we had to remember to use the outside wall switch to turn on the light. You can imagine the inconvenience of that! The AC was very poor; never under 76F degrees and the humidity often in the 80’s. So if you’re a warm sleeper, terrible! The jacuzzi was not usable unless you like lukewarm water. The elevator did not work many times on 4 of the 8 days we were there, so we had to walk 3 flights of stairs. The room phone did not work to contact the front desk; we had to make the long walk there, and they were of little help when we did. The buffet food choices were good but unfortunately overcooked, vegetables mushy, fish dishes dry, etc. The main pool, one of the supposed ‘highlights’ of the resort, had very many missing tiles, causing people to constantly hurt their toes and feet. People were picking up tiles and throwing them out of the pool! Sad! There were 10 of us on this trip, seasoned all inclusive vacationers, and all agreed we would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! A first! We can't understand the 5 star reviews!No one should spend their money on this place!

The pool was refreshing. The poolside staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The room was clean spacious, well appointed, with a great housekeeping staff. The staff throughout tye resort was truly excellent.

Sabanas sucias nunca las cambiaron dejaron las mismas, el aire de la habitacion, no dijeron ninguna promo items por la estadia para llevar de recuerdo. Comida fue promedio, problemas de sonido en las actividades y tenian que cancelar el.mismo. En la discoteca no fue variada en la musica. En fin un hotel dirigido a personas mayores.

Overall great experience. The bathroom in the Jr. Suite is a little odd in that the toilet is only separated from the room with a full frosted glass door. There are enough gaps around the sides that, ummmm, sounds make it out. Maybe not a great idea to take a new girlfriend or similar.

My trip began with confusion about the Expedia VIP upgrade. When I emailed the resort initially acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. It was some back and forth. However I did recieve an upgrade upon arrival. I did book Club level. My butler was friendly. The standout employee was my housekeeper who noticed my preferences for tea and always had a big smile for me. I was a solo female traveler and I don't know if I'd recommend this resort for solo travelers. I often felt ignored or forgotten at the restaurants. I did get food poisoning my second day after the hibachi restaurant. I spoke to many travelers who also had food poisoning. It ruined a good 36 hours of my trip. The onsite doctor visit was $600 for fluids and meds and I hope my Expedia trip insurance covers this. I did book a beach massage and the massger was egregiously late. I had my butler cancel after I saw her finally saunter up. They had kept telling me "2 more minutes" for half an hour. I missed my next activity. So I did not use my $25 credit from Expedia. I asked them to apply that toward my laundry charges upon checkout but they refused. They also gave me a huge hassle driving me to the outside gate for an excursion. They said I was supposed to inform them ahead of time. There were staff standing around and several golf carts sitting there. They said they could only email and wait. I was late for my pick up. Overall wouldn't return.
