“The staff was absolutely amazing so hospitable so accommodating. We had the garden view which was absolutely breathtaking. They let us check in early for a low fee, which was amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and extremely comfortable with a huge patio. Very relaxing. Drinks were amazing. And the fruit was to die for!”

“Needs better food options ”

“NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I was immediately robbed by one of the locals, and forced to withdraw money from an ATM. Once I finally got back to the hotel after withdrawing enough money to keep the thieves satisfied, the power kept going off. The area was also extremely insecure: gang of locals stood staring outside my window on second floor and filming us, AND WINDOW WOULDN'T CLOSE OR LOCK so had to BARRICADE the window with sofa). One particular guy stood……

“You can see the ocean yes, but the room is not whats seen in the pictures.. they are outdated.. the front desk agent said he was upgrading us to a king suite instead of the room with the double bed.. we got in the room and the king bed was the only thing nice about the room.. no sheets on the pull out bed..and no free shuttle to airport ask marketing discribes you have to get an uber or taxi.. it not worth it”

“This is our third stay here. It is an excellent place to stay if you have an early flight out from the SDQ airport in the morning. Shuttle service is available. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is extremely helpful, and the location is close to the airport. This hotel is perfectly positioned for those coming into or leaving the country for the first or last night. Daniel at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The ocean was visible from our deck. The furniture was a bit worn but the bed had a nice mattress topper so we slept well. ”

“The staff were amazing and the room was spotless. My only complaint was crappy pillows and no soap or facecloths were provided. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby.”

“The ocean view is great as you are right in the beach. My room was dirty and seemed like it was going to collapse. The staff were a bit condescending but they answered all my questions. The bed was itchy and dusty. ”

“If you want a cheap stay and aren’t looking for frills, stay here. Food at the restaurant is really good. Room is ehhh, bed is hard but pillows were soft. No extra blankets provided. You can hear EVERYTHING - whether it’s outside, next door, above you. I mean EVERYTHING. Power went out several times a day. WiFi is spotty. ”

“Sorry the unit had no AC in the room. Toilet no H20 to flush. Window open a safety issue and concern.”
