The entrance was beautiful, and the hotel itself was lovely too. We received a warm welcome, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was fantastic—everything was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and it far exceeded our expectations. We also dined there, and the meal was exceptional. They even put on a cartoon for my daughter; they really went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests. Because we had to check out very early for our flight, we couldn't have breakfast at the usual time, but they took the initiative to bring us breakfast later that evening instead. In short, this hotel certainly deserves five stars; it was a wonderful experience featuring top-notch service and very clean, well-kept rooms.

We stayed for one night and overall had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, and both dinner and the breakfast the next morning were à la carte, which was a nice touch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef did an excellent job. The only issue we experienced was with the electricity. During the first hour or so, the power went out about 6 to 8 times. Fortunately, after around midnight, we don't remember it happening again. The room had a mini-split air conditioner, so every time the power went out, the A/C shut off. The room would get warm, and it took a while to cool back down each time. It wasn't until around 5:00 a.m. that the room finally became cool enough for us to get a good rest. That said, we're from Puerto Rico, where occasional power outages can also happen, so while it was inconvenient, it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the excellent food and hospitality.

Hotel Anselmo was a wonderful stay, and the absolute highlight was the incredible care and attention from the staff. They truly went above and beyond—from welcoming us with a complimentary drink (and even offering free refills) to making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. When we mentioned our early morning flight and that we’d miss breakfast, they immediately offered to prepare one for us. The chef even came out to ask what we would like, creating a personalized breakfast tailored to our preferences. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish design and a relaxing atmosphere. The large pool is perfect for unwinding, everything is spotless and well-maintained, and the restaurant is also very nice. Overall, a fantastic stay made truly unforgettable by the outstanding staff.

Excelente servicio. El hotel super limpio. La piscina hermosa y grande con un área para los mas chicos. Todos los empleados muy atentos desde el front desk hasta el chico de la barra y los del restaurante. La cena muy rica y el desayuno excelente también. Lo único q puedo mencionar q pueden mejorar es q el aire acondicionado de la habitación es muy pequeño para el área de las habitaciones y por tanto no enfría rápido. Cuando sales de la habitación y quitas la llave se apaga el aire acondicionado. En general todo super buen. Espero regresar pronto!!!

El hotel es muy lindo , es un hotel nuevo, es notable, limpio y buenas condiciones, el servicio 4/10 , porque no sabían lo que estaban haciendo , la recepcionista se portó bien, pero tampoco tenía la información adecuada sobre la reserva, el camarero y bartender muy atentos conmigo. Yo reservé una habitación matrimonial por el tamaño la cama y la habitación, y me pusieron una cama muy básica y pequeña , también la habitación muy pequeña , no había agua caliente en la ducha, el aire no enfriaba nada bien , hacía mucho calor.
