The hotel was beautiful pools were lovely food was great I was not happy that the buffet was not open at night for dinner especially when one of the 4 restaurants was closed each night making it hard to get a reservation. Been to Sanctuary several times. It always exceeds our expectations. The facility is beautiful and always clean. The food is amazing. And the staff will go above and beyond to help their guests. So friendly. I highly recommend to treat yourself to a vacation at Sanctuary. You will want to go back as often as you can

The staff welcoming you to the property took 45 minute to talk address us and there was a lack of familiarization with the property. For how much you spend they should definitely show you around other then point out a few things on the map. However the activities staff including- especially Enmanuel and Abel were absolutely outstanding!
