“Decor”

“We had a terrible experience with Expedia’s booking because we reserved a suite with one bedroom a bathroom a living room and a kitchen for $327 for two nights. When we arrived at the property they gave us one room with a small bathroom without a living room or kitchen. Do we had to upgrade to get a room with a kitchen and living room and ended spending an additional $111 for our so nights. We were very disappointed with the way Expedia handled our reservation and didn’t appreciate paying extra.”

“We had a lovely stay here. Our room was large and decorated just right. Perfect location, off street parking and wonderful staff. The only thing was a very minor issue was the tub/shower was slippery. Their checkout is noon so it gives you time in the morning to go get breakfast or wander around town before checking out. We would stay again!”

“Good: Very clean, as it is a new hotel. Water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Great rate! Needs improvement: As a new hotel, looks like they are in need of more supplies. No pots and pans or silverware or plates to use the kitchen. No tissues in the room. Minimal towels (two bath towels and two washcloths and a bathmat). No curtains (only blinds) so it was very bright in the early morning. It was also noisy as the doors slammed hard and you could hear people walking upstairs and in the……

“we loved staying here last yr so we came back. the location is great close to everything and many thing to enjoy right in walking distance. we stayed 4 nights and the staff was as friendly as last yr .the main differences this year were housekeeping last year every day ( spotless) this year every other day (sub - par) streaming tv service now less channels poor reception ( guess they want you to buy programming) breakfast in my opinion not as good .paying a little over a thousand bucks ……
