「The property was very unique with the Rock theme. The lobby was very pleasant to hang out in. I especially liked the fireplace and the pool and shuffleboard tables. The outside are was wonderful too.」

「most everything was good with the property and our room. we ended up in handicapped room for some reason but it was just fine. no issues unless you include the fan and light above the stove top. neither had power. we didnt check the service panel for a tripped breaker tho.」

「Very friendly staff, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming and the chocolate given to us upon arrival was a very nice touch and it was delious! The room was very nice and clean as well as the entire property. Out waiter for breakfast was very friendly and attentive. If I visit Lancaster in the future I will be back!」

「The room was ok, average. There was a convention on the bottom floor so lots of extra people parking and walking in the hotel made it feel not as secure. It was what we expected as far as a bed in a room just not very exciting. Also, construction going on and no free continental breakfast. There was a pay for breakfast but no menu to see whats available. I dont think i would go back to this particular property. The lady at the front desk and the room service hostess were both very pleasant」

「Cute little cottages. Clean and Maintained well inside and out. However our beds needed to be replaced. uncomfortable and noisy and pillows hard. staff was made aware and immediately offered us another cottage. Since we were out all day and were going out again in two hours we didnt want to bother for just one more night. They offered to help us move but my mother is 95 so we didnt take them up on offer. hopefully they will review their mattresses and pillows and replace. I would consider...

「The woman that checked us in on Saturday was extremely helpful & accommodating. She brought it to my attention that I reserved a smoking room ( I didn’t realize this) and she didn’t have any other rooms available, so she put an ionizer in the room for a few hours and went above & beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. 」
