Remote checkin first told me one room number that did not exist. Had to call again to get accurate room. Also, advertised as "deluxe cottage" and shown as stand alone cottage but was a room in a multi room cottage. Also, coffee maker did work at all. Overall very u satisfactory.

The king cottage had pretty much everything we needed. Bedding and towels were very clean but there were only two towels. There was toothpaste on the sink spigot. Ceiling fan, A/C worked great. Microwave, coffee pot, and fridge in room with regular and decaf coffee and several tea bags. I didn’t particularly care for the check-in process - you have to call them and the automated procedure is worthless; once you get “transferred to a human,” they tell you your room number and you have to them go to that destination, then they give you the code to the lockbox to get the key (singular: key). But the bed was comfy enough. Plenty of toiletries. Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer all worked just fine.

Cute room, couch was a little outdated, and the heater when it turned on was loud, but overall the property and room was decent for the price and convenient location to the highway. I would recommend.

The bathroom door couldn't lock because of uneven latches. The light bulb lamp could not turn on. A bit dim in the room. Please have littel fixes like this done. Called to check in and answered by auto reponse and hung up. Then connected to someone and didn't speak and hung up again, finally someone answered to give me my cottage and password to open the lock. No staff at front desk. Call on your own.

I found the remote check in pretty sketchy and the lockbox was difficult to open. Room was clean, large (2 queen sized bed) and nicely attired. Both beds were vey lumpy. Neither of us got a good nights sleep.

Check I in was over the phone and the keys were in a lock box at the door, but the gentleman who helped us was most friendly, and it only took a few minutes. The cottage itself was very large and very clean, conveniently located to all of the shops and antique stores we wanted to visit, and it was so nice having a private space with no one near us for a good nights rest after - highly recommend!

These cottages have so much potential and you can tell they were once very nice. However, they are in need of some serious TLC. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the inside of the door was filthy. As we walked in further we noticed this was the case throughout the room. The walls and doors needed cleaned. The shower spigot was coming away from the wall and there was an outlet in the bathroom that was pulled out from the wall. It seems the rooms are cleaned on the surface level (toilets, bedding, the basics). The beds are hard and the pillows flat. Positives: the rooms are decorated very cute, the property is nice, ample parking, easy check in, good location and AC/fan worked great. Would I return? Probably not unless I noticed a major improvement from the customer reviews.
