Been staying here for years unfortunately never know if the place with is maintained if there’s any workers on the property, I’ve had some really bad experiences, but I really like the cottages. That’s why I keep going back.

Wasn’t what I expected but it was sufficient. The ceiling fan needed cleaning and the upholstered chairs had holes in them. Also, lighting was poor and could have used extra pillows. It was nicely located in the areas we had opted to visit.

Rooms poorly maintained. We turned down the 1st two rooms due to poor maintenance. The 3rd room had broken appliances but was clean. There was no maintenance staff on sight to take care of a problem with the toilet. This was our second time staying here but we won’t stay here again.

We had to look for a hearing aid - when we moved the couch and looked under the bed it was disgusting! We opened the couch that made into a sofa bed to look and there were old dirty napkins in it. The heating/ac unit worked but part of the time was extremely noisy - so loud that we just turned it off. The bathroom sink was partially clogged and would eventually drain but very slow The info in the room said ice was available but there was no ice The pillows were good and the bed was ok. They were very nice to let us check in a little early so we could get to a show at 3. Would not recommend staying here

Spacious farmhouse with easy parking for the price. Downside was the building is older and it could use some updates to the showers and cleanliness of the rooms. Needs cleaned better and we found lots of mold and mildew and dead bugs around. Also two tvs out of three did not work properly. Good stay for large groups that want a good rate

Room was clean, check-in took a while to get through, but once connection was made, process was easy. Wish beds were more comfortable/solid and pillows more substantial.

The location was perfect for the activities I had planned while visiting Pennsylvania. The room was not cleaned, and there was a bad case of ants on the table when we arrived. The bedding was all stained. The tv didnt work. That was a little challenging because we was traveling with a 7 year old.We didn't see staff until we was checking out. We didn't have enough towels and wash cloths.

This is one of the best and unique places I have stayed. Room was clean. Air was cold and turned on before I arrived. There is a small airport behind. But is is for small planes, not busy, great entertainment. I would stay here again

Check in was a little unsusal with a call in number so that you can unlocked a box with the room key in it. The room was descent but the light in the ceiling fan didn't work and the floor was sticky in spots, seems like it was just swept but not mopped.

Staff-less check in experience. When we called the number to check in, we were told there was an issue with the housekeeping and that there were no rooms available for us and we would have to find a different place to stay.

nice property that is unfortunately not maintained well- in the heart of tourist country. Other guests complained to me about not being able to get in and crawled thru window after a 7drive. Since I am a pilot and it is next to airport I would stay there in a pinch.
